Description

Die Kommunalbetriebe Bünde -AöR- beabsichtigen, die städtische Realschule Bünde-Mitte in Bünde um zusätzliche Unterrichtsflächen und ergänzende Funktionsräume zu erweitern bzw. im Bestand umzubauen, sowie eine Einfeldsporthalle neu zu errichten. Dieses Vergabeverfahren betrifft das Gewerk Fachplanungsleistung ELT als Los aller Planungsleistungen. Ziel der Fachplanung ist die Entwicklung einer energeieffizienten, wirtschaftlichen und betriebssicheren elektrotechnischen Infrastruktur unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Nutzung sowie der Anforderungen an Sporthallen. Gegenstand der Beauftragung ist das Leistungsbild Fachplanung Technische Gebäudeausrüstung gemäß §§ 53-56 HOAI 2021 (Leistungsphasen 1-8). Die Planung umfasst folgende Anlagengruppen gemäß § 53 HOAI: - AG 4: Starkstromanlagen - AG 5: Fernmelde- und informationstechnische Anlagen - AG 6: Förderanlagen (soweit erforderlich) - AG 8: Gebäudeautomation (elektrotechnische Anteile) Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise. Ein Anspruch auf Beauftragung weiterer Leistungsstufen besteht nicht. Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung sowie den Vergabeunterlagen nebst weiteren Anlagen.
