The city of Bonn's light rail operator (Stadtbahn Bonn) plans to award a framework contract for planning services for ventilation systems in underground light rail stations in Bonn, Germany. The existing systems, mostly installed in the early 1970s and partly in 1994, no longer meet current technical, operational, fire safety and normative requirements. The aim is their complete, gradual renewal by 2032 at the latest, based on HOAI service phases 1 to 8. High demands on availability, operational safety, fire protection and ease of maintenance apply. Conditions may be subject to subsidy rules.
