Description

Es sollen die Planungsleistungen von 5 Mobilitätsstationen und 6 Mobilitätspunkten im Landkreis Friesland und 1 Mobilitätsstation und 7 Mobilitätspunkten in der Stadt Wilhelmshaven vergeben werden. Der Auftrag soll als Rahmenvertrag an einen einzelnen Auftragnehmer/Bietergemeinschaft vergeben werden und zwei Schritte umfassen. Im ersten Schritt sollen die HOAI-Phasen 2 und 3 vom Auftragnehmer unmittelbar nach der Beauftragung erarbeitet werden. Die Phasen 4 bis 8 (Option 1) nach entsprechenden Umsetzungsbeschlüssen der zuständigen kommunalen Gremien. Beabsichtigt ist eine stufenweise Beauftragung: • Stufe 1: LPH 2-3 • Stufe 2: LPH 4-8 Zunächst wird Stufe 1 beauftragt. Es besteht kein Rechtsanspruch auf die Beauftragung der weiteren Stufen.
