Die thematische Profilierung von Destinationen spielt eine entscheidende Rolle in der heutigen wettbewerbsintensiven Tourismusbranche. Eine klare Fokussierung (hier Wandern) auf spezifische Themen ermöglicht es Destinationen, sich von anderen abzuheben und trägt zur Image- und Markenbildung bei. Eine starke Profilierung auf Wandern kann positive Assoziationen wecken und hilft spezifische Zielgruppen anzusprechen. Chancenreiche Themen verfügen über ein hohes Marktpotential, sind häufig aber auch durch eine starke Wettbewerbsintensität im Deutschlandtourismus geprägt. Daher muss eine hohe Attraktivität des eigenen Angebots gegeben sein, um sich erfolgreich am Markt positionieren zu können. Wir suchen eine übergeordnete fachliche Begleitung für das zentrale Arbeitspaket des Projektes: Die Weiterentwicklung der Wanderregion Bliesgau zur nachhaltigen und erlebnisreichen Qualitätsregion. Diese Begleitung soll den Auftragsgeber im Laufe des gesamten Projektes mit Expertise und konkreter Beratung unterstützen und bei der fundierten Dokumentation des gesamten Projektes helfen. Ebenso beauftragt der Auftragsgeber im Rahmen der Begleitung die Recherche von Partnern - auch aus anderen Branchen als dem Tourismus -, die für das Projekt dienlich sind, und das Zusammenbringen dieser mit dem Auftragsgeber als Projektträger. Klären der Aufgabenstellung, Aufbereitung und Rahmenbedingungen: - Brainstorming-Workshops - Machbarkeitsprüfung und Verortung - Erstellung des Umsetzungskatalogs ("Maßnahmen-Atlas")
