Die Objektplanung mit dem Leistungsbild Gebäude/Innenräume einschließlich Freianlagenplanung soll für die Leistungsphasen 1-9 (Los1), die Fachplanung mit dem Leistungsbild Tragwerksplanung soll für die Leistungsphasen 1-6 (Los 2) und Fachplanung Technische Gebäudeausstattung soll für die Leistungsphasen 1-9 (Los3) in Anlehnung an der zurzeit gültigen HOAI erbracht werden (stufenweise Beauftragung). Für den Ersatzneubau wird derzeit mit einer Zahl von ca. 35 Feuerwehrangehörigen (25 Einsatzkräfte und 10 Kameraden der Jugendfeuerwehr) gerechnet. Hier benötigt die Gemeinde Kirch Jesar Planungsleistungen. Der zu beauftragende Leistungsumfang beinhaltet die Erstellung einer vollständigen Planung für den Ersatzneubau des Feuerwehrgerätehauses einschließlich Freianlagen mit notwendigen Stellplätzen, sowie die Anpassung der Zuwegung und den Außenanlagen.
