Description

Planungsleistungen, Ingenieur Der Rheingau-Taunus-Kreis plant umfangreiche Sanierungsmaßnahmen auf der freien Strecke der K 630 - Auf d. Heide - zwischen der Kreuzung An der Sommer / Heidestraße in der Gemarkung der Stadt Geisenheim. Die Leistungen des Rheingau-Taunus-Kreises beinhalten die Ingenieurleistungen nach Abschnitt 4 Verkehrsanlagen, Vermessungsleistungen nach Abschnitt 1.4 Ingenieurvermessung HOAI und SiGeKo-Leistungen nach Heft 15 AHO i.V. § 3 BaustellV und § 4 ArbschG. Die Vergütung des Honorars richtet sich nach Abschnitt 4 Verkehrsanlagen §§ 45 - 48 HOAI. In Anbetracht der Schwierigkeit der Leistung, wird diese gem. § 48 Abs. 5 Anlage 13.2 HOAI in der Honorarzone III unten verortet. Die anrechenbaren Kosten wurden mit 1.060.000,00 € netto veranschlagt. Es ist beabsichtigt die Leistungen der Leistungsphasen 1 - 9 als Gesamtvergabe zu vergeben. Jedoch behält sich der Auftraggeber nach Maßgabe der rechtlichen Vorgaben bei technischen und genehmigungsspezifischen Unwägbarkeiten vor, die Leistungen in 3 Leistungsabschnitte zu teilen und auch zu beauftragen. Bietergemeinschaften werden im Vergabeverfahren zugelassen. Eine Vergabe in mehreren Losen ist nicht beabsichtigt.
