Planungsleistungen für den "Zoocampus" in Schwerin für die Zoologischer Garten Schwerin gGmbH Der zoologische Garten Schwerin gGmbH beabsichtigt, im Rahmen des Projektes "ZooCampus" in dem Gebiet des ehemaligen Direktorenhauses, in der südwestlichen Ecke des Zoos, ein überregionales "Leuchtturmprojekt" und damit das Konzept eines nachhaltigen Bildungsstandortes umzusetzen. Der Zoocampus soll als ein neuer wichtiger, publikumswirksamer Baustein die Attraktivität des Zoos Schwerin weiter stärken sowie gegenwärtige Probleme bei Erreichbarkeit und Anlieferung, interner Logistik und den Arbeitsbedingungen für die Mitarbeitenden nachhaltig beseitigen. Das Planungsgebiet umfasst die südwestliche Ecke der ausgedehnten Liegenschaft des Schweriner Zoos (einschließlich einer Erweiterungsfläche) und beinhaltet die funktionale Neustrukturierung, Einbindung und Aufwertung des gegenwärtig kaum genutzten Teils des Zooareals. Charakteristisch für die Planungsaufgabe ist die Neuansiedlung und Verschränkung verschiedener Nutzungen, bestehend aus dem öffentlichen ZooCampus, auf dem Hochplateau des ehemaligen Direktorenhauses gelegen, der eingebettet in den "Zoo-Rundweg" die südwestlichen Ausläufer des Besucherbereiches einnimmt. Hinzu kommen das dem Campus südwestlich vorgelagerte neue Verwaltungsgebäude und der südlich angrenzende, in eine Tallage eingebettete, neue Betriebshof. Weitere Bausteine sind die ZooKita, die als eigenständig nutzbarer Baustein den ZooCampus Richtung Westen abschließt, sowie das "Wilde Wohnzimmer" und die Salamanderzucht, die sich entlang des Besucherrundweges auf der Nordseite des neuen ZooCampus zu den tiefergelegenen Zooarealen orientieren. Folgende Leistungen sind zu erbringen: - LP 3-4 gemäß HOAI §34 Leistungsbild Gebäude (LP 5-9 optional) und Besondere Leistungen - LP 1-4 gemäß AHO Nr. 17 Brandschutzplanung (LP 5-8 optional) und Besondere Leistungen
