Description

Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme einer Forschungsinfrastruktur mit OpenLab und Protospace für Wasserstofftechnologien zur Umsetzung des ITZ Nord am Standort Stade Mit vorliegender Ausschreibung soll nun im ersten Schritt ein Generalplaner gefunden werden, der die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3, einzelne Teile der Leistungsphasen 5 (detaillierte Objektbeschreibung) und die Erstellung der funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung zur Beauftragung eines Totalunternehmers sowie Unterstützungsleistungen im Vergabeverfahren (teilweise LP 6 und 7) und eine stichprobenartige Objektüberwachung (teilweise LP 8 lit. a) des gesondert zu beauftragenden Totalunternehmers begleiten soll. Hierzu sollen gebündelt Architektur- und TGA-Leistungen sowie - soweit dies aus Sicht der AN zur Erstellung der funktionalenLeistungsbeschreibung erforderlich ist - Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung an ein Planungsbüro bzw. eine Projekt-Arbeitsgemeinschaft vergeben werden. Dieses bereitet dann die Ausschreibungsunterlagen der später gesondert zu beauftragenden Totalunternehmerleistung vor.
