Planungsleistungen zum Bauvorhaben "Renaturierung des Palinger Baches, 23923 Lüdersdorf" Ingenieurbauwerke gemäß § 43 i.V.m. Anlage 12 HOAI (LP 1-9 einschließlich besondere Leistungen mit stufenweiser Beauftragung) Der Palinger Bach ist ein nach Wasserrahmenrichtlinie berichtspflichtiges Gewässer und bildet zusammen mit dem Lüdersdorfer Graben den Wasserkörper STEP-3000. Für den Wasserkörper wurde als Bewirtschaftungsziel das Erreichen des guten ökologischen und chemischen Zustandes festgelegt. Insbesondere die große Zahl an m.o.w. durchgängigen Quer- und Längsbauwerken im Palinger Bach stellen für die wandernde Gewässerfauna zum Teil unpassierbare Hindernisse dar. In einem 2017 erstellten Gewässerentwicklungskonzept (GEK) des Ingenieurbüros Möller wurden Hauptziele zur Zielerreichung nach WRRL formuliert und erste Maßnahmenvorschläge abgeleitet. Diese sind in der zu vergebenden Objektplanung weitergehend zu konkretisieren und zu planen. Darüber hinaus wurde vom Ministerium für Klimaschutz, Landwirtschaft, ländliche Räume und Umwelt Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (LM) festgelegt, dass für Gebiete mit kohlenstoffreichen Böden Möglichkeiten zum Wasserrückhalt in der Landschaft zu prüfen sind. Prüfung, Maßnahmenkonzeption und deren weitere Planung sind mit Bestandteil in der zu vergebenden Objektplanung. Parallel zum Renaturierungsvorhaben wird ein Flurneuordnungsverfahren durchgeführt. Im Rahmen dieses Verfahrens werden die erforderlichen Flächen freigeordnet. Der Auftragnehmer wirkt bei der Einholung von Eigentümerzustimmungen mit.
