Description

Die Maßnahme beinhaltet die Projektierung der Modernisierung bzw. des Ersatzneubaus für das im Jahr 1973 errichtete Wehr 116 "Mutnitzaschleuse" mit Schleuse im Großen Fließ, das auf diesem Gewässerabschnitt auch als Mutnitza bezeichnet wird. Die zu erbringenden Planungsleistungen gliedern sich in Grundleistungen der HOAI und in Besondere Leistungen. Der Auftrag bezieht sich auf die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 4 HOAI. Die im Rahmen dieser Leistungsphasen vorgesehenen Grundleistungen sind vollständig zu erbringen. Die Maßnahme beinhaltet zunächst die Erarbeitung einer Vorplanung. Nach der Freigabe der Vorzugsvariante durch die Begutachtungskommission des Landesamtes für Umwelt Brandenburg und der Erteilung der entsprechenden Finanzierungszusage erfolgt die Beauftragung der Entwurfs- und Genehmigungsplanung auf der Grundlage der vorliegenden Vorplanung mit dem Ziel der Erreichung der Baugenehmigung für das o.a. Vorhaben. Die Erteilung der Baugenehmigung erfolgt hierbei durch das Bauordnungsamt des Landkreises Oberspreewald-Lausitz oder des Landkreises Dahme-Spreewald. Da das Bauwerk auf der Grenze der beiden Landkreise liegt, ist hier ein entsprechender Abstimmungsbedarf im Zuge der Planung notwendig.
