Description

Auftraggeberin ist das Staatstheater Meiningen, unter dem Dach der "Kulturstiftung Meiningen-Eisenach". Die Stiftung ist öffentliche Auftraggeberin im Sinne des § 99 Nr. 2 GWB. Für die Planung und Umsetzung sind Planungsleistungen für die Technische Ausrüstung der Anlagengruppen 1 bis 8 entsprechend der in den Leistungsbildern näher beschriebenen Leistungen nach HOAI erforderlich. Die Planungsleistungen der Leistungsphasen 2 bis 9 gem. HOAI sind im Rahmen einer stufenweisen Beauftragung zu erbringen. Mit Abschluss des Verhandlungsverfahrens erfolgt die Auftragserteilung zunächst nur für die Leistungsphase 2. Ein Anspruch auf Beauftragung weiterer, darüberhinausgehender, Leistungsphasen besteht nicht. Die Beauftragung der Leistungsphase 3 wird erst dann vorgenommen, wenn die auf Basis der Variantenuntersuchung ermittelte Kostenschätzung geprüft und durch den Auftraggeber ausdrücklich freigegeben wurde. Der Bauherr beabsichtigt, dem Ingenieur bei Fortsetzung des Projektes die Leistungen der Leistungsphasen 3 und nachfolgende Leistungsphasen einzeln oder im Ganzen zu übertragen. Für die Planungsleistungen wird ein Leistungszeitraum von ca. Ende August 2026 bis Ende 2028 (Planungsbeginn bis Abschluss Objektüberwachung) veranschlagt.
