Die Planungsleistungen umfassen die Instandsetzungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen Gebäude und TGA im Wohngebäude Am Tierpark 1, 3/Alt-Friedrichsfelde 41-43 in 10315 Berlin. Die Planung beinhaltet die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 (LPH 1 - LPH 9) für u.a. die Maßnahmen: Strangsanierung der Sanitärleitungen inkl. Herstellung des Brandschutzes, Sanierung der Bestandsbäder, Austausch Kellerverschläge zzgl. neue Aufteilung der Kellerboxen, Einbau Kellerdeckendämmung, Überprüfung der Abluftanlage, mögliche Einbaukoordination der Leitlinie FTTH-Gebäudenetze. Die gesamte Planung hat die wirtschaftlichen und technischen Vorgaben des AGs zu berücksichtigen. Die Planungsleistungen umfassen die Instandsetzungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen Gebäude und TGA. Die Planung beinhaltet die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 (LPH 1 - LPH 9) in den Leistungsbildern Objektplanung/Gebäude und Innenräume sowie Technische Ausrüstung für u.a. die Maßnahmen: Strangsanierung der Sanitärleitungen inkl.
