Objektplanungsleistungen Ingenieurbauwerke und Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung - Anlagen Gas- und Wasserversorgung für die Umgestaltung der OD L3117 in Neu-Isenburg Der Auftraggeber ist sich der Komplexität seines Vorhabens, der Schnittstellen zum benachbarten RTW-Projekt und der Besonderheit der Übernahme einer bestehenden Entwurfsplanung als Planungsgrundlage für die Bieter bewusst. Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt daher eine partnerschaftliche Projektabwicklung mit fairer Vergütung zusätzlicher oder geänderter Leistungen. Die Carl-Ulrich-Straße und die Friedhofstraße stellen die wichtigste Ost-West-Verbindung innerhalb des Stadtgebiets von Neu-Isenburg mit einer bedeutenden Erschließungsfunktion für das Stadtgebiet dar. Der Straßenzug, der als Landesstraße L 3117 klassifiziert ist, besitzt zudem eine große Bedeutung in Bezug auf die Anbindung an das regionale Straßennetz und wird von zahlreichen Stadt- und Regionalbuslinien befahren. Zur Umsetzung eines zukunfts- und leistungsfähigen Gesamtkonzeptes für die Ortsdurchfahrt L 3117 beabsichtigt die Stadt Neu-Isenburg eine Umgestaltung des Straßenzuges Carl-Ulrich Straße/Schleussnerstraße - Friedhofstraße unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Belange aller Verkehrsteilnehmer, der Stadtraum- und Grüngestaltung und der Führung der Regionaltangente West (RTW) bis Birkengewann. Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung werden die Objektplanungsleistungen Ingenieurbauwerke und Fachplanungsleistungen Tragwerksplanung - Anlagen der Gas- und Wasserversorgung für die HOAI-LPH 5-9 im Abschnitt West 1+2 ausgeschrieben.
