Description

Planungsleistung zur Errichtung einer Fernwärmetransportleitung. Für die Versorgung des FW-Inselnetzes in Langendreer ist eine Anbindung an das Netz "FUW" der Stadtwerke Bochum Holding GmbH (AG) geplant. Diese Anbindung soll über die durch den AN zu planende "Fernwärmetransportleitung Langendreer" hergestellt werden. Die Fernwärmetransportleitung soll an die seitens des AG im FUW-Fernwärmenetz am Standort "Vor den Teichen" geplante Großwärmepumpe Oelbachtal (GWP) anbinden. Der erste Abschnitt der Fernwärmetransportleitung aus dem Anlagengebäude der GWP wird durch den Planer der GWP beplant. Es besteht eine Schnittstelle zwischen dieser GWP-Planung und der Planung der Fernwärmetransportleitung des AN, die in der Zufahrt zum Grundstück der GWP liegt. Durch die zu beplanende Fernwärmetransportleitung sind dann das Inselnetz in Langendreer und das FUW-Fernwärmenetz über die GWP verbunden. Die Fernwärmetransportleitung wird für einen Ausbau des Inselnetzes in Langendreer ausgelegt. Der Ausbau des Inselnetzes ist in der Kommunalen Wärmeplanung (KWP) der Stadt Bochum vorgesehen. Die Fernwärmetransportleitung ist als KMR-Leitung DN 300 zu planen. Die Inbetriebnahme der neuen Fernwärmetransportleitung ist für 2030 geplant. Die vom Auftragnehmer durchzuführenden Planungsmaßnahmen für die Fernwärmetransportleitung sind Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung. Das Projekt soll durch die Bundesförderung effiziente Wärmenetze (BEW) im Rahmen eines Modul 1 (Planungsleistungen angelehnt an die HOAI-Phasen 2-4) gefördert werden.
