This tender procures architectural, structural and specialist planning services for the expansion of the Hoever substation in Germany. The scope covers building design for switchgear and secondary installations, foundations, primary technology, gantries and infrastructure such as outdoor facilities, transformer transport roads, gates, access routes and drainage. Specialist planning includes rainwater drainage, groundwater management, fire water supply, building services, heating, noise and fire protection as well as safety and health coordination. The project is part of the coal phase-out plan and must be completed by the end of 2032. Planning starts in July 2026.
