Gebäudeplanung nach HOAI §§ 34 ff Feudenheim-Gymnasium Mannheim Dachsanierung Hauptgebäude II. Leistungsbeschreibung Gebäudeplanung nach HOAI §§ 34 ff für die Dachsanierung am Feudenheim-Gymnasium in Mannheim. II.1 Anlass und Zweck Das Feudenheim-Gymnasium Mannheim wurde 1976 gegründet und ist ein allgemeinbildendes Gymnasium in einem modernisierten Jugendstil-Gebäude und befindet sich zentral im Mannheimer Stadtteil Feudenheim, in der Neckastraße 4. + Das Schulgebäude besteht aus einem fünfgeschossigen Haupthaus und einem viergeschossigen Anbau. Das Haupthaus, welches akutell noch ungedämmt ist (Kaltdach), besteht aus mehreren unterschiedlichsten Dachneigungen und Dachformen, sowie verschiedenen Dachgauben, welche ebenfalls bestandteil der Maßnahme sind. + Das Dach befindet sich aktuell in einem stark sanierungs- bedürftigem Zustand. + Im Zuge der notwendigen Sanierung der Dacheindeckung des Haupthauses sollen ebenfalls die Aspekte einer energetischen und technischen Sanierung (PV-Anlage), sowie der konstruktive Bestand betrachtet werden. Ziel ist es, das Hauptdach mit seiner ca 2.000m² großen Fläche vollflächig neu einzudecken und die Konstruktion, wenn erforderlich in Teilen auszubessern. Zudem soll das Dach im Allgemeinen nach der Sanierung den aktuellen Regeln der Technik entsprechen. Bauphsikalische Themen wie beispielsweise eine Zwischensparrendämmung oder die Dämmung der Geschossdecke müssen geprüft und gegebenfalls ebenfalls umgesetzt werden. + Dabei ist es wichtig, die Erscheinung im Zusammenhang mit dem Denkmalschutz zu treffen. + Die Dachsanierung des Feudenheim-Gymnasium soll im laufenden Schulbetrieb erfolgen. *Bitte laden Sie die Ausschreibung herunter, um diese vollständig lesen zu können.
