Description

Die ausgeschriebene Maßnahme betrifft den Neubau einer Grundschule im 5. BA Wohnen in der Messestadt Riem. Der Planungsumgriff erstreckt sich auf das im Vorentwurf des Bebauungsplans mit Grünordnung Nr. 1728n dargestellte Grundstück für den Schulneubau südlich des Rappenwegs und nördlich der Bahnlinie. Die Gesamtfläche des Planungsgebietes beläuft sich auf etwa 21.750 m². Es handelt sich um eine sechszügige Grundschule in Holz- oder Holzhybridbauweise einschließlich Dreifach-Sporthalle, Freisportanlagen und Außenbereichen. Gegenstand des vergebenen Auftrags sind Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume, LPh 2-5. Nähere Angaben siehe Ziffer 5.1. Ergänzung zu Ziffer 2.1: Der Auftrag umfasst die Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume (Objektplanung Teil 3, Abschnitt 1 n. §§ 33 ff. i.V.m. Anlage 10.1 HOAI). Auftragsbestandteil sind Grundleistungen sowie besondere Leistungen aus den HOAI-Leistungsphasen 2-5, soweit diese im Vertrag aufgeführt sind. Es erfolgt stufenweise Beauftragung. Die vorläufigen anrechenbaren Kosten der KG 300/400 betragen nach Schätzung ca. 41,7 Mio. € netto.
