Description

Bei der ausgeschriebenen Leistung handelt es sich um Planungsleistungen für die Gemeinde Schmitten im Taunus. Diese plant im Zuge der Zusammenlegung von 3 ehrenamtlichen Ortsteilfeuerwehren den Neubau eines Feuerwehrhauses in Schmitten, Ortsteil Dorfweil. Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt als Architekt - vorbehaltlich der Beauftragung der Leistungen der Stufen 2, 3 und 4 - sämtliche Planungsleistungen für das Projekt. Planungsleistungen nach § 34 HOAI - Objektplanung und Ausstattung nach § 39 HOAI - Freianlagenplanung. Der AN schuldet im Rahmen der ihm beauftragten Stufen insbesondere auch alle Planungsleistungen, die erforderlich sind, um die Vertragsziele zu erreichen. Das mit diesem Vertrag verfolgte Ziel ist neben den vorstehend genannten Vorgaben die mangelfreie, termingerechte und wirtschaftliche Fertigstellung des Bauvorhabens unter Berücksichtigung der nachfolgend genannten Vertragsziele - die vertragsgemäße, den anerkannten Regeln der Technik entsprechende, termingerechte und kosteneinhaltende Fertigstellung des Projekts; - die Einhaltung des für den AG einschlägigen öffentlichen Vergaberechts - die Planung und Ausführung einer wirtschaftlichen, baukostenbewussten und energieeffizienten Bauweise - im Bereich der Technischen Ausrüstung die Planung und Umsetzung eines wirtschaftlich sinnvollen aber gleichzeitig auch ökologisch-nachhaltigen und zukunftsorientierten Konzepts. - Verwendung nachhaltiger Baustoffe - Betriebssicherheit - Objektsicherheit - Barrierefreiheit - Wirtschaftlicher Betrieb - Niedrige Folgekosten für Unterhaltung und Wartung (Lebenszykluskosten) Stand: 20.04.2026 - Einhaltung von Budgetvorgaben (inkl. kontinuierliche Unterrichtung des AG)
