The town of Spalt in Germany intends to renovate and extend the Spalatin primary and middle school, including the renovation (conversion) of the sports hall as well as the demolition and reconstruction of the school extension building. Works will take place during ongoing school operation, so interim uses must be considered. The contract award and start of planning are planned from Q4 2026. The subject of this VgV procurement procedure are the building object planning services according to § 33 ff HOAI 2021, fire protection services according to AHO No. 17 and object planning of outdoor facilities. Details are provided in the tender documents.
