Description

Objektplanungsleistungen - Gebäude und Innenräume - nach Teil 3 Abschnitt 1 HOAI, (Leistungsphasen 2 - 8) Hermann-Köhl-Kaserne Niederstetten, Ersatzneubau für HPE mit Diensträumen und Behandlungsräumen. Variantenuntersuchung unter den Aspekten der Nachhaltigkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit, sowie eine Städtebauliche Variantenuntersuchung ist in der Leistungsphase 2 vorzusehen. Der Neubau des Sanitätsgebäude für HPE umfasst die Nutzungseinheiten: Diensträume Fliegerarzt, Behandlungsräume (Gymnastik/Massage, Physiotherapie) und HPE (Fitness Präventives Training, Sportraum Präventives Training, Lagerraum) NUF ca. 770m² BGF ca. 1.200 m². Das Grundstück verspringt um ein Gechoss. Ein bestehendes Gebäude befindet sich noch auf dem Grundstück und muss abgebrochen werden. Die Bewerbung hat mit dem vom Auftraggeber vorgegebenen Teilnahmeantrag zu erfolgen. Der Teilnahmeantrag ist abrufbar unter der oben genannten Internetadresse. Dieses Verfahren wird unter der Vergabenummer 25-13358 durchgeführt. (Bei Rückfragen bitte angeben).
