Description

Ursprünglich war eine einfache Sanierung der Dachabdichtung auf vorhandenem Kaltdachstuhl geplant. Diese ist jedoch nicht durchführbar, da weiterführenden Untersuchungen folgendes ergaben: - Laut Statik ist der vorhandene Dachstuhl nicht mehr tragfähig - Aufgrund der festgestellten Schadstoffe in Abdichtung und in der Dämmung sowie an den Entwässerungsleitungen ist eine umfangreiche Schadstoffsanierung erforderlich. Siehe hierzu beigefügte Schadstoffuntersuchungsergebnisse von IBQ. Daher sind nun folgende Arbeiten geplant: - Das Dach wird komplett abgeräumt, und ein neues Warmdach hergestellt. - Die aufgehenden Betonbauteile werden mit WDVS saniert. - Die Attika muss ertüchtigt werden. - Die vorhandene Lüftung muss umgebaut werden, da sie derzeit im Hohlraum des Kaltdachstuhls verläuft. - Entwässerung Demontage und Neuaufbau Derzeit wird davon ausgegangen, dass über die gesamte Bauzeit ein Gerüstschutzdach erforderlich ist, einschl. Kran, da das Dach nicht mehr arbeitstäglich dicht hergestellt werden kann. Hinweis zum Artenschutz: Hier ist mit zeitlichen Einschränkungen im Bauablauf zu rechnen. Siehe hierzu Gutachten von Herrn Dr. Schuler. Eine Förderung als Einzelmaßnahme (BAFA) wurde bereits im Vorfeld ermittelt. Die Förderung wird von einem externen Energieberater durchgeführt und bedarf lediglich der Unterstützung des Objektplaners durch Bereitstellung der Kosten. Es werden die LPH 3 und LPH5 bis einschl. LPH 9 beauftragt. LPH4 wird lediglich optional abgefragt und bei Bedarf beauftragt.
