Description

Gegenstand des Auftrages ist die Objektplanung eines Erweiterungsbaus für die Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie (KJPP) der Marien-Hospital gGmbH in 46483 Wesel bestehend aus den Leistungsbildern - Objektplanung Gebäude gem. §§ 33 ff. HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 10 HOAI, Grundleistungen gemäß Leistungsphasen (LPH) 3-9. Beauftragt werden mit Zuschlagserteilung zunächst nur die Leistungsphase 3 und 4. Hinsichtlich der Beauftragung der weiteren Leistungsphase hat der Auftraggeber ein Optionsrecht (einseitiges Recht des Auftraggebers; kein Rechtsanspruch des Auftragnehmers). Voraussetzung für die Beauftragung der weiteren Leistungsphasen ist die vertragsgemäße Leistungserbringung des Auftragnehmers bezüglich der jeweils vorangegangenen Leistungsphasen, ohne dass bei Vorliegen dieser Voraussetzung ein Rechtsanspruch des Auftragnehmers auf Beauftragung der weiteren Leistungsphasen besteht. Gegenstand des Auftrags sind Planungsleistungen, bestehend aus den Leistungsbildern - Objektplanung Gebäude gem. §§ 33 ff. HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 10 HOAI, Grundleistungen gemäß Leistungsphasen (LPH) 3-9 nach näherer Maßgabe - des Entwurfs des Vertrages Objektplanung der als Anlage AV_7 beigefügt ist.
