Planungsleistungen der Objektplanung gem. HOAI Teil 3, Abschnitt 2, § 39 Freianlagen, Lph 5 bis 9 Die Gemeinde Ostseebad Laboe plant die Neugestaltung der Strandpromenade zwischen der Schwimmhalle und dem Marine Ehrenmal im Ostseebad Laboe zur Attraktivitäts- und Qualitätssteigerung der touristischen Infrastruktur. Die Promenade soll barrierefrei neugestaltet werden inkl. zusätzlicher Sitzgelegenheiten mit Meerblick und neuem Beleuchtungskonzept.. Dazu wurde bereits ein Entwurf erstellt. Die Kosten der Kostengruppen 200-700 wurden auf ca. 1,8 Mio. € netto geschätzt. Zu diesem Zweck werden Planungsbüros zur Teilnahme am Wettbewerb aufgefordert, die das Leistungsbild Objektplanung Freianlagen gemäß § 39 HOAI abdecken, und in der Vergangenheit ähnliche Maßnahmen verwirklicht haben. Es sollen die Leistungsphasen 5-9 bearbeitet werden. Die Beauftragung wird stufenweise erfolgen. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, aus den vorgenannten Leistungsbildern nur einen Teil der Grundleistungen zu vergeben.
