Description

Die Stadt Frankfurt am Main hat die Sportpark Stadion Frankfurt am Main Gesellschaft für Projektentwicklungen mbH (SSF) mit der Steuerung von erforderlichen Maßnahmen zur Errichtung einer Multifunktionsarena auf dem Parkplatz P9 des Deutsche Bank Parks betraut. Ziel ist es hierbei, eine zukunftsfähige und wirtschaftlich tragfähige Multifunktionsarena mit modernen Hospitality- und Eventbereichen für Sportereignisse und Veranstaltungen zu realisieren sowie für die beiden Frankfurter Profi-Sportteams Löwen und Skyliners eine moderne und zukunftsfähige Spielstätte zu errichten. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Vergabe von Generalplanungsleistungen in Anlehnung an die Leistungsphasen 1 und 2 gemäß der Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure (HOAI). Die Ziele der Vorplanung bestehen darin, die Klärung grundlegender planungs- und bauordnungsrechtliche Randbedingungen am Standort, die Planung einer wirtschaftlichen und nachhaltige Multifunktionsarena sowie die Erarbeitung eines Raum- und Bedarfsprogramms unter Berücksichtigung der vorgesehenen Nutzungen Eishockey, Basketball und Konzertveranstaltungen und ihrer betrieblichen Abläufe. Mit der Vorplanung ist eine belastbare Planungsgrundlage für eine später zu erfolgende Vergabe an einen Kumulativleistungsträger (TU/TÜ) für bauliche Realisierung der Multifunktionsarena P9 zu schaffen. Weitere Informationen sind den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen. Es werden Generalplanungsleistungen in den Leistungsphasen 1 und 2 in Anlehnung an die HOAI und AHO vergeben, u. a. - Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume (in Anlehnung an § 33ff HOAI); - Freianlagenplanung (in Anlehnung an § 38ff HOAI); - Tragwerksplanung (in Anlehnung an § 49ff HOAI); - Fachplanung Technischen Ausrüstung (in Anlehnung an § 53ff HOAI); - Fachplanung Bauphysik (in Anlehnung an Abschnitt 1.2.1 HOAI); - Brandschutzplanung (in Anlehnung an das AHO Heft Nr. 17) Der Leistungsbeginn erfolgt direkt nach Beauftragung Eine detaillierte Beschreibung der Leistungen ist dem Dokument B Leistungsbild zu entnehmen.
