Description

Neubau eines Feuerwehrhauses mit zwei Stellplätzen im Erdgeschoss sowie Nutzung der Fläche im Obergeschoß als Dorfgemeinschaftshaus. Neubau eines zweigeschossigen Gebäudes in Kulmbach zur Nutzung der Fläche im Erdgeschoss als Feuerwehrhaus mit zwei Stellplätzen sowie der Fläche im Obergeschoss als Dorfgemeinschaftshaus. Ein Löschwassertank mit ca. 200 m³ Fassungsvermögen ist im Untergeschoss des Gebäudes installiert. Der umbaute Raum beträgt ca. 3.300 m³, die Bruttogrundfläche ca. 400 m². Es handelt sich um einen barrierefreien, 2-geschossigen, teilweise unterkellerten Baukörper in Massivbauweise mit halbseitigem Satteldach sowie Flachdach. Die Beheizung des Gebäudes erfolgt über eine Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpe in Kombination mit einer Fußbodenheizung, die Belüftung mittels zentraler Lüftungsanlage. Die Elektroinstallation umfasst sowohl die Planung sowie Ausführung von Starkstromanlagen als auch Fernmelde- und informationstechnische Anlagen. Eine PV-Anlage mit entsprechender Speichermöglichkeit ist ebenfalls in der Planung berücksichtig. Planungsgrundlage ist eine abgeschlossene Entwurfsplanung.
