Die Stadt Delmenhorst beabsichtigt den Neubau einer Rettungswache am neuen Delme Klinikum Delmenhorst (DKD). Der Rettungsdienst hat zusammen mit dem Fachdienst Neubau und Erweiterungsmaßnahmen bereits ein Raumprogramm entwickelt und mit den Kostenträgern abgestimmt. Es wird von einer ungefähren Bruttogrundfläche (BGF) von 2.100m² ausgegangen. Das Baugrundstück für die Rettungswache mit einer Größe von 4.115 m² befindet sich direkt neben dem neuen Delme Klinikum Delmenhorst. Das Grundstück befindet sich in Hanglage und weist einen Höhenunterschied von bis zu 3 m auf. Die Baukosten (KG 300-500) werden gemäß einer ersten Kostenannahme derzeit auf ca. 5,4 Mio. Euro netto geschätzt. - Objektplanung Gebäude Lph 1-3, optional Lph 4-9 gem. § 34 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 10, Ziffer 10.1; - Objektplanung Freianlagen Lph 1-3, optional Lph 4-9 gem. § 39 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 12 Ziffer 12.1, - Tragwerksplanung Lph 1-3, optional Lph 4-6 gemäß § 51 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 14, Ziffer 14.1; - Technische Ausrüstung Lph 1-3, optional Lph 4-9 gemäß § 55 HOAI i. V. m. Gebäudeautomation; - Bauphysik (Wärmeschutz und Energiebilanzierung inkl. des Energiebedarfsausweises, Bauakustik, Raumakustik) Lph 1-3, optional Lph 4-7 gemäß HOAI Anlage 1, Ziffer 1.2; Besondere / Zusätzliche Leistungen: - Brandschutz Lph 1-3, optional Lph 4-5 und 8 gem. AHO-Schriftreihe Heft Nr. 17 (Stand 2022); - Gesonderte Koordinationsleistungen.
