Description

Die Kreisstadt Köthen (Anhalt) beabsichtigt am westlichen Stadtrand die Errichtung eines Multifunktionszentrums für die Nutzung als Vereinssport-, Freizeitsport- und Veranstaltungsstätte sowie als Gemeinwesenzentrum. Das Multifunktionszentrum soll die bisherigen, sanierungsbedürftigen Sportstätten der Stadt ersetzen und erweitern. Zukünftig soll das Zentrum aus mehreren Bereichen bestehen. Zunächst soll der Neubau der multifunktionalen Drei-Feld-Sporthalle realisiert werden. Als Bruttogrundfläche sind derzeit 4.000 m² vorgesehen. Eine Planung nach den Richtlinien und Standards des Deutschen Handballbundes DHB ist erforderlich. Die Baukosten (KG 300 und 400) für die multifunktionale Drei-Feld-Sporthalle werden derzeit auf ca. 12 Mio. EUR brutto geschätzt. Das Projekt wird im Rahmen des Strukturstärkungsgesetzes Kohleregionen gefördert. - Objektplanung Gebäude Lph 1 - 3, optional Lph 4 - 9 gem. § 34 HOAI i. V. m.
