Beratung zur energetischen Gebäudesanierung von EinzeleigentümerInnen und Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaften Die Wissenschaftsstadt Darmstadt (im Folgenden als Auftraggeberin (AG) bezeichnet) beabsichtigt die Fortführung des Modernisierungskonvois. Ziel dieser Initiative ist es, durch die energetische Beratung von Hauseigentümerinnen und -eigentümern, die Modernisierungsquote im Bestandssektor zu erhöhen und eine effiziente Gebäudesanierung zu fördern und dadurch zur Erreichung der Klimaschutzziele im Heizwärmebereich beizutragen. Da Hausbesitzerinnen und -besitzer oft Vorbehalte bezüglich der mit Lärm, Schmutz und Stress verbundenen Sanierungs- oder Modernisierungsmaßnahmen haben, ist extrinsische Motivation erforderlich. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass zur Kontaktaufnahme eine persönliche Ansprache der Hausbesitzerinnen und -besitzer am effektivsten ist. Daher wird der übliche Ansatz, bei dem Kunden eine Beratungsleistung anfragen, beim Modernisierungskonvoi umgekehrt. In ausgewählten Quartieren mit erhöhtem Sanierungsbedarf wird das beauftragte Unternehmen mit einem Team von Energieberaterinnen und -beratern mit den Hausbesitzerinnen und -besitzern in Kontakt treten, um ihnen individuelle Beratungen bzgl. ihrer Immobilien anzubieten. Die Ansprache soll durch eine Veranstaltung begleitet werden, mit der Zielsetzung eine gemeinsamen Wissensbasis zu schaffen und Vorabinformationen zur Vorgehensweise beim individuellen Beratungsangebot zu geben (siehe auch Anlage Reporting). Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaften (WEGs) stehen bei der energetischen Gebäudesanierung vor besonderen Herausforderungen, weswegen die Zielgruppe einer besonderen Ansprache und Beratung bedarf. Diese Beratung soll vom Auftragnehmer (AN) gemeinsam mit dem AG als modulares Angebot ausgestaltet und umgesetzt werden.
