Planungsleistungen Leistungsbild Gebäude und Innenräume - Modernisierung und Instandsetzung des ehemaligen Amtsgerichtsgebäudes auf der Rantzauer Schlossinsel in Barmstedt Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Beauftragung von Planungsleistungen gemäß dem Leistungsbild Gebäude und Innenräume für die Modernisierung und Instandsetzung des ehemaligen Amtsgerichtsgebäudes auf der Rantzauer Schlossinsel in Barmstedt. Hierfür soll zunächst eine Modernisierungs- und Instandsetzungsuntersuchung entsprechend den Vorgaben der Schleswig-Holsteinischen Städtebauförderrichtlinie erfolgen. Auf Grundlage der Modernisierungs- und Instandsetzungsuntersuchung sollen im Anschluss die weiteren Planungsleistungen erfolgen. Die Beauftragung wird stufenweise erfolgen. Näheres zum Auftragsgegenstand, den einzelnen Leistungsstufen und zu den vorgesehenen Ausführungsfristen ist den Vergabeunterlagen, insbesondere der Leistungsbeschreibung (Anlage 2) zu entnehmen.
