Description

Das Bildungszentrum Gartenbau und Landwirtschaft in Trägerschaft der Landwirtschaftskammer NRW befindet sich seit etwa 100 Jahren am Standort im Ortsteil Münster-Wolbeck, Münsterstr. 62-68. Schwerpunkt der Einrichtung ist die überbetriebliche Ausbildung im Gartenbau für ganz NRW. Jährlich werden etwa 4000 Fachkräfte aus- bzw. weitergebildet. Die Liegenschaft setzt sich aus mehreren Gebäudeteilen zusammen, welche zu verschiedenen seit Gründung errichtet und erweitert wurden. Die einzelnen Objekte aus verschiedenen Baujahren befinden sich in einem dem Alter entsprechenden Zustand. Die derzeitige Ausbildungshalle befindet sich gemäß Bestandsanalyse in einem mangelhaften baukonstruktiven und bautechnischen Zustand, eine Sanierung ist nicht wirtschaftlich darstellbar. Entsprechend wird (a) ein Ersatzneubau des Ausbildungszentrums mit autarker Energieversorgung (inkl. notwendigen Hausanschlüssen) sowie separaten Abstellhallen und den Außenanlagen geplant. Weiterer Bestandteil der Maßnahme ist (b) die Modernisierung der Energieversorgung (Wärme / Elektro) der Liegenschaft inkl. Neubau einer Energiezentrale (und Abbruch alte Heizzentrale) sowie (c) der Abbruch der alten Ausbildungshallen. Gegenstand dieser Vergabe ist die Beauftragung mit den Prüfungsleistungen zur Baustatischen Prüfung (Prüfstatiker) für das Objekt (a) Ersatzneubau Ausbildungszentrum sowie (b) Neubau einer Energiezentrale. Es erfolgt eine stufenweise Beauftragung der Leistungsstufen 1 bis 2 (Leistungsstufe 1: Prüfungsleistungen Gebäude und Fassade gemäß SV-VO NRW §24 Abs. 2 Nr. 1/2/3/3a, Leistungsstufe 2: Prüfungsleistungen Gebäude und Fassade gemäß SV-VO NRW §24 Abs. 2 Nr. 7).
