Description

Die Kath. Kirchenstiftung "St. Peter", Pfarrer-Frey Straße 2, 85077 Manching, ist ein kirchlicher Träger des Kindergartens St. Peter und Eigentümer des Grundstücks. Die aktuell zwar für drei Gruppen ausgelegte, vollunterkellerte Kindertagesstätte aus den 1960ern wird im Betrieb von zwei Gruppen genutzt, der dritte Gruppenraum wird als Mehrzweckraum verwendet. Diese bedarf aufgrund von akuten statischen Mängeln und energetischen Defiziten dringend einer Generalsanierung. Nach Ende der Generalsanierung soll der Bauherrenschaft wieder die gleiche Kapazität zur Verfügung stehen. An den bestehenden Kindergarten wurde zudem in den 2010ern eine Krippengruppe angebaut. Diese ist jedoch nicht Gegenstand der Generalsanierung. Die Projektaufgabe umfasst daher die Planung der Generalsanierung für zwei KiTa-Gruppen sowie des Mehrzweckraums. Das Terminziel besitzt für die Bauherrschaft sehr hohe Priorität. Gegenstand des zu vergebenden Auftrags sind Planungsleistungen Tragwerksplanung nach § 51 HOAI für die LPH 1-6, sowie der ingenieurtechnischen Kontrolle in LPH 8.
