Description

Ziel der Gesamtmaßnahme ist die Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines wirtschaftlichen, nachhaltigen und zukunftsfähigen Nutzungskonzeptes für den Gebäudekomplex unter Berücksichtigung der Vorgaben des BAS, der erforderlichen Schadstoff- und Brandschutzmaßnahmen sowie der Verbesserung der Arbeits- und Aufenthaltsqualität. Die Maßnahme umfasst insbesondere: - Schadstoffsanierung Haus 3 gemäß Bericht zur Schadstoffuntersuchung - Brandschutztechnische Ertüchtigung Haus 1 und Haus 3 gemäß Brandschutzkonzept - Neuordnung der Flächen- und Raumstruktur Haus 3 sowie Teilbereich EG Haus 1 unter Berücksichtigung der Vorgaben des BAS - energetische Ertüchtigung / Schwachstellenbeseitigung der Gebäudehülle (Fassade, Fensteranschlüsse, Dach) gemäß Thermografie - Synergetische Kühlung (Kühldecken) der Büro-, Seminar- und Besprechungsräume Haus 1 und Haus 3 - Erneuerung der Deckenbeleuchtung / Umrüstung auf LED-Technik - Erneuerung / Anpassung technischer und sicherheitsrelevanter Gebäudeausstattung - Energetische und funktionale Modernisierung der technischen Systeme - E-Mobilität - Herstellen von Ladesäulen
