Description

Perleberg beabsichtigt die Sanierung/Modernisierung des gegenwärtig leerstehenden ehemaligen Kaiserlichen Postamtes. Der denkmalgeschützte Klinkerbau mit zwei Vollgeschossen und teilweise ausgebautem DG soll langfristig zu einem Jugend- und Freizeitzentrum mit ergänzenden Dienstleistungen umgenutzt werden. Zur Ertüchtigung/Innensanierung der Geschosse inkl. der notwendigen Erneuerung der Haustechnik werden geeignete Planungsbüros gesucht. Die ausgeschriebenen Planungsleistungen umfassen Grundleistungen der Leistungsbilder gem. HOAI 2021 - Planungsleistung 1: Objektplanung Gebäude (Lph 1 bis 9) zzgl. Besonderer Leistungen - Planungsleistung 2: Fachplanung Tragwerk (Lph 1 bis 6) zzgl. Besonderer Leistungen Die vorläufig geschätzten Nettobaukosten der Kostengruppen 300 und 400 nach DIN 276 belaufen sich auf ca. 3,5 Mio. EUR (KG 300 = 2,4 Mio. EUR, KG 400 = 1,1 Mio. EUR). Daraus wurden anrechenbare Kosten in Höhe von insgesamt ca. 4,6 Mio. EUR (netto) abgeleitet (Gebäude und Innenräume = ca. 3,2 Mio. EUR, Tragwerksplanung = 1,4 Mio. EUR). Die Vergabe der Planungsleistungen erfolgt stufenweise. Zunächst werden die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 4 beauftragt. Die Beauftragung der weiteren Leistungsphasen erfolgt in Abhängigkeit des Planungsergebnisses, der Bewilligung von Fördermitteln, dem Vorliegen erforderlicher Gremienbeschlüsse sowie etwaiger behördlicher Zustimmungen. Ein Anspruch auf diese weitere Beauftragung besteht nicht, der Abruf erfolgt durch die Auftraggeberin. Im Falle des Abrufes ist die Leistungserbringung verpflichtend.
