Description

Auftragsgegenstand ist die ausführungsreife Planung / Ausschreibung und Überwachung der baulichen Umsetzung von Kanalsanierungsmaßnahmen (Renovierungen) im Sanierungsgebiet Asseln-Wickede (Leistungen der Objektplanung von Ingenieurbauwerken gem. § 43 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 12 der Leistungsphasen 1-6, ausgenommen Lph. 4). Das Sanierungsgebiet Asseln-Wickede ist in insgesamt 4 Lose, d.h. Einzelgebiete aufgeteilt. Die Lose 2 und 3 werden durch die Stadt Dortmund selbst geplant. Die Lose 1 und 4 werden dagegen extern vergeben und sind Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens. Aus planungstechnischen und wirtschaftlichen Gründen erfolgt die Vergabe der Lose 1 und 4 an einen einzigen Auftragnehmer in Form eines einzigen Ingenieurvertrags.
