Description

Die Stadtwerke Bamberg Wärme- und Energieerzeugungs GmbH planen den Ausbau der Fernwärmeversorgung im südlichen Stadtgebiet von Bamberg. Im Mittelpunkt steht die Errichtung einer neuen Energiezentrale, der Anschluss der bestehenden Wärmenetze an diese, sowie die schrittweise Zusammenführung bisher getrennter Wärmenetze. Ziel des Projekts ist die schrittweise Transformation der bestehenden Wärmeversorgung hin zu einem klimafreundlichen, weitgehend dekarbonisierten System unter Nutzung erneuerbarer Energien sowie bislang ungenutzter Umweltwärmepotenziale. Das Vorhaben ist Bestandteil der Transformation im Rahmen der Bundesförderung für effiziente Wärmenetze (BEW). Gegenstand der Planungsleistungen sind die Leistungsphasen 2 bis 8 mit Besonderen Leistungen der Leistungsbilder Objektplanungen Gebäude u. Innenräume, Ingenieurbauwerke, Freianlagen sowie die Fachplanungen Technische Ausrüstung und Tragwerksplanung gemäß HOAI für die Errichtung der Energiezentrale sowie zugehöriger Nebenanlagen und Infrastrukturen. Die konkret notwendigen Leistungen können dem Angebotsblatt aus den Vergabeunterlagen entnommen werden.
