Description

Der Wasser- und Bodenverband Welse beabsichtigt nach erfolgter Planung der Leistungsphasen 1-2 die weiteren Planungsphasen für die Baumaßnahme "Ersatzneubau Schöpfwerk Gartz" gemäß der Leitungsbilder der HOAI erstellen zu lassen. Kostenumfang beträgt nach Stand 2024 ca. 3.100.000,00 EUR brutto. Ingenieurbauwerke § 43 Gebäude § 34 Technische Ausrüstung §55 Entschlammung §39 Freianlagen § 39 Tragwerksplanung § 49 Der Beginn der Wiederholungsleistungen der Phase 2 ist noch für das IV. Quartal 2026 vorgesehen. Die Leistungsphasen 3 und 4 sollen sich parallel bzw. direkt anschließen. Die Leistungen ab Phase 5 werden optional vergeben, da die Massnahme mit Fördergeldern des Landes Brandenburg finanziert wird. Erstellung der Planung für die Baumaßnahme gemäß Leistungsbildern der HOAI. Die Leistung soll als Komplettleistung für die Baumaßnahme "Ersatzneubau Schöpfwerk Gartz/Oder" vergeben werden. Lieferumfang gemäß HOAI: Wiederholungsleistung der LP 2 Ingenieurbauwerke § 43 Gebäude § 34 Technische Ausrüstung §55 Entschlammung §39 Freianlagen § 39 Tragwerksplanung § 49 Planungsleistung der LP 3-4 Ingenieurbauwerke § 43 Gebäude § 34 Technische Ausrüstung §55 Entschlammung §39 Freianlagen § 39 Tragwerksplanung § 49 Entwurfsvermessung Geotechnik Besondere Leistungen: orientierende Schlammuntersuchung, Kampfmittelerkundung Planungsleistungen der LP 5-8 optional
