Description

Das Projekt beinhaltet drei aktuell in Planung befindliche Neubauten die jeweils von separaten Architekten geplant werden (LPH 1-4). Es ist vorgesehen, dass ab Q1/26 die Ausschreibung (FLB) an einen Generalunternehmer vorbereitet werden soll. Zu diesem Zweck soll mit dieser Ausschreibung ein Generalplaner gefunden werden, der seine Leistungen für 3 Stufen anbieten soll: Stufe1: Kosten-Controlling für das gesamte Projekt (ab Bezuschlagung) Stufe2: LPH 6+7 (FLB für GU) Stufe3: LPH 8 im Sinne einer Kosten- und Qualitätsüberwachung.
