Generalplanerleistungen bestehend aus Objektplanung Gebäude u. Innenräume (§34 HOAI), Objektplanung Freianlagen (§39 HOAI), Objektplanung Verkehrsanlagen (§47 HOAI), Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung (§51 HOAI), Fachplanung Techn. Ausrüstung (§55 HOAI) Das Bundeswehrkrankenhaus Hamburg (BWK) ist als eines von insgesamt fünf bundesweit vorhandenen Bundeswehrkrankenhäusern seit 1969 für militärische und zivile Patienten geöffnet. Mit zahlreichen diagnostischen und klinischen Fachabteilungen erfüllt das Bundeswehrkrankenhaus Hamburg Aufgaben als Klinik der Grund- und Regelversorgung und ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil der medizinischen Versorgung auch für die Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg. Im Zuge der Umstrukturierung der gesamten Klinikkonfiguration wurden Neubauten für die zentralen Krankenhausfunktionen (medizinische Behandlung und Pflege) erstellt. Die Umstrukturierung ist jedoch mit Errichtung der Neubauten (Haus 2 - Bettenhaus, Haus 3 - Multifunktionsgebäude) nicht beendet. Einer der anschließenden Schritte ist die endgültige Sanierung von Haus 1, die sukzessive in Bauabschnitten durchgeführt wird. Der hier anstehende Bauabschnitt umfasst den noch verbleibenden Bereich des Kreuzbaus sowie die vollständige Sanierung von Südflügel West. Ein wesentlicher Aspekt der Umstrukturierung sind die verschiedenen Interimsbauten und deren sukzessiver Rückbau. Der Abbruch der Interimsverbindungsbrücke zwischen Haus 1 Südflügel Mitte und Haus 2 (Bettenhaus) ist ebenfalls als Bestandteil der anhängigen Baumaßnahme zu erbringen.
