Generalentwässerungsplan Kaiserslautern - Hydrodynamische Kanalnetzberechnung und Schmutzfrachtberechnung. Die Stadtentwässerung Kaiserslautern (STE) beabsichtigt für das Einzugsgebiet der Zentralkläranlage Kaiserslautern einen neuen Generalentwässerungsplan (GEP) aufzustellen. Gegenstand der ausgeschriebenen Ingenieurleistungen ist die umfassende hydraulische und emissionsbezogene Analyse des Entwässerungssystems einschließlich der Entwicklung eines integralen Sanierungskonzeptes auf Grundlage einer bidirektional gekoppelten hydrodynamischen 1D/2D-Kanalnetz- und Schmutzfrachtberechnung. Das Einzugsgebiet der Zentralkläranlage Kaiserslautern umfasst eine Fläche von ca. 4.200 ha. Das Kanalnetz besitzt eine Länge von rund 519 km und besteht überwiegend aus Mischwasserkanälen, ergänzt durch Schmutz- und Regenwasserkanäle. Die Entwässerung erfolgt überwiegend im Freispiegelgefälle, wird jedoch durch zahlreiche Sonderbauwerke, Pumpwerke, Rückhalteanlagen sowie komplexe Steuerungsbauwerke ergänzt. Zusätzlich sind mehrere Fremdnetze angrenzender Gemeinden an das Entwässerungssystem angeschlossen. Die Bearbeitung erfolgt für sechs hydraulisch definierte Teilgebiete, deren Ergebnisse anschließend in einem Gesamtmodell zusammengeführt werden. Ziel der Leistungen ist die vollständige, realitätsnahe Abbildung des bestehenden Entwässerungssystems, die Bewertung seiner hydraulischen Leistungsfähigkeit sowie der Nachweis der emissionsbezogenen Anforderungen. Darauf aufbauend sind technisch und wirtschaftlich begründete Sanierungsstrategien für den Ist- und Prognosezustand zu entwickeln.
