Description

(General-)Planung, d. h. Objektplanung Gebäude, Fachplanung Tragwerk sowie Fachplanung TA (HLS, ELT) sowie gutachterliche und Beratungsleistungen für den Neubau einer integrativen Kindertageseinrichtung in Apolda. Die Stadt Apolda beabsichtigt den Neubau einer integrativen Kindertageseinrichtung zur Schaffung von insgesamt 100 Plätzen für Kinder aller Altersgruppen. Für die Umsetzung des Gesamtvorhabens wurden Baukosten in Höhe von ca. 3,5 Mio. EUR incl. MwSt. ermittelt. Die Stadt Apolda beabsichtigt, die folgenden Planungsleistungen im Rahmen eines VgV-Verfahrens zu vergeben. Die betreffenden Planungsleistungen sollen durch einen Generalplaner oder eine Bietergemeinschaft oder einen Hauptauftragnehmer mit Nachauftragnehmern für die Leistungsphasen 1-9 stufenweise wie folgt erbracht werden: - Objektplanung Gebäude nach § 34 HOAI (LP 2-9), - Fachplanung Tragwerk nach § 51 HOAI (LP 1-6), - Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung nach § 55 HOAI, HLS und ELT (LP 1-9), - Erforderliche gutachterliche und Beratungsleistungen für Brandschutz (Leistungsbild AHO) sowie Bauphysik (Schallschutz, Akustik, Wärmeschutz und Energiebilanzierung) gem. Anlage 1 HOAI. Die Objektplanung Freianlagen wird durch die Stadt Apolda selbst erbracht. Ein Baugrundgutachten soll erst nach dem VgV-Verfahren in Abhängigkeit vom konkreten Entwurf beauftragt werden. Der Auftraggeber behält sich eine stufenweise Beauftragung einzelner oder mehrerer Leistungsphasen bis zum Abschluss der Baumaßnahme vor. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf Beauftragung der Gesamtleistung besteht nicht. Grundlage der Beauftragung sind die KVM-Vertragsmuster. Nach Beauftragung ist umgehend mit der Bearbeitung zu beginnen. - 11/26 - 02/27 Planungsleistungen LP 1-3, - 03/27 Genehmigungsplanung, - 03-05/27 Ausführungsplanung LP 5, - ab 05/27 Ausschreibung und Vergabe LP 6/7, - 06/27 Baubeginn, - 07/28 Baufertigstellung, bezugsfertig.
