Angesichts des wachsenden Bedarfs an qualifizierten Fachkräften im Sozial- und Gesundheitssektor setzt die Auftraggeberin auf eine kontinuierliche Erweiterung ihres Ausbildungsangebots und ihrer Infrastruktur. Die Auftraggeberin ist derzeit an 15 Standorten in Bayern aktiv und beschäftigt dort mehr als 550 Mitarbeiter. Ihr Bildungsangebot umfasst insgesamt 41 staatlich anerkannte Schulen. Hierbei handelt es sich um 29 Berufsfachschulen, 7 Fachschulen und 5 Fachakademien. Darüber hinaus befinden sich die Fachakademie für Sozialpädagogik in Bayreuth sowie die Fachschulen für Grundschulkindbetreuung in Nürnberg und München noch im Prozess der staatlichen Anerkennung. Die Auftraggeberin plant den Bau einer neuen Schule in Coburg. Diese soll als ein weiteres privates Schulzentrum genutzt werden. Mit dem Vergabeverfahren schreibt die Auftraggeberin den Elektroplanungsauftrag stufenweise ab LPH 5 aus. stufenweise Beauftragung Elektroplanung LPH 5-9
