Ingenieurleistungen für Sanierung/Neubau Mischwasserkanal, Regenwasserkanal, Wasserversorgung im Ortsteil Oberroßbach Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt die Sanierung bzw. den Neubau der Wasserleitung samt Hausanschlüssen, der Mischwasserkanäle und der Regenwasserkanäle im gesamten Ortsteil Oberroßbach. Die zu beauftragende Ingenieurleistung umfasst die Leistungen der Leistungsbilder Ingenieurbauwerke und Verkehrsanlagen, jeweils in den LPH 1-9. Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise. Die Einzelheiten können dem Vertragsentwurf entnommen werden. Im Ortsteil Oberroßbach sollen der Mischwasserkanal, der Regenwasserkanal und die Wasserversorgung samt Hausanschlüssen saniert werden. Falls sich im Zuge der Planungen ergibt, dass Teile dieser Objekte oder die ganzen Objekte nicht mehr sanierbar sind, so muss ein entsprechender Neubau umgesetzt werden. Ein Straßenbau soll nicht stattfinden. Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt, die Straßen bis zum Jahr 2040 im Rahmen einer Dorferneuerung zu sanieren. Die Straßenoberflächen müssen nach dem Rohrleitungsbau wieder verschlossen werden. Näheres siehe Vergabeunterlagen.
