Description

Die Stadt Sprockhövel beabsichtigt die Vergabe von Planungsleistungen (hier: Objekt- und Tragwerksplanung) für ein neues Begegnungszentrum mit integrierter 3-fach Sporthalle. Um den Interessenten einheitliche Informationen zum Projekt zur Verfügung zu stellen, steht über die genutzte Vergabeplattform „subreport ELViS“ unter dem Projektzugang dieses Vergabeverfahrens (vgl. Ziff. 5.1.11) eine Kurzinformation zum Vorhaben, zu den Leistungseckpunkten der ausgeschriebenen Leistung und zur Abwicklung des Vergabeverfahrens nach VgV zum Herunterladen bereit. Der Kurzinformation sind auch Formblätter für den Teilnahmeantrag beigefügt, die im Rahmen des Teilnahmewettbewerbs von den Bewerbern zwingend zu verwenden sind. Nach Abschluss des Teilnahmewettbewerbes wird den im Teilnahmewettbewerb ausgewählten Bewerbern eine detaillierte Aufgabenbeschreibung bereitgestellt. Die Stadt Sprockhövel beabsichtigt die Vergabe von Planungsleistungen (hier: Objekt- und Tragwerksplanung) für ein neues Begegnungszentrum mit integrierter 3-fach Sporthalle. Die zu erbringenden Leistungen orientieren sich am Leistungsbild der HOAI. Hierbei sind insbesondere die Grundleistungen der jeweiligen Leistungsphasen 1 - 8 und ggf. 9 gemäß § 34 HOAI (Gebäude und Innenräume) und die jeweiligen Leistungsphasen 1 bis 6 gemäß § 51 HOAI (Tragwerksplanung) zu erbringen. Die Vergabe der zu erbringenden Leistungen erfolgt stufenweise. Darüberhinaus sollen auch besondere Leistungen (ggf. als Option) beauftragt werden. Näheres ist in der Kurzinformation beschrieben (vgl. Ziffer 2.1).
