The town of Porta-Westfalica in Germany intends to build a new access road with sewerage for the expansion of the Holtrup-Ost industrial estate. The works are planned in two stages: first a construction road with a wastewater pipe, rainwater pipe and a retention filter basin, followed later by the final construction of the full access road. Design and approval planning already exist. The contract covers services in phases 5 to 9 for object planning of engineering structures and of transport facilities under HOAI.
