Description

Energetische Sanierung Grundschule Nussdorf - Planung: Gebäude/Technische Ausrüstung Das 1878/79 im klassizistischen Stil erbaute stattliche Gebäude mit den Ausmaßen von ca. 16,50 x 25,00 m ist zweigeschossig und voll unterkellert. Das Gebäude steht unter Denkmalschutz und wird in der Denkmalliste als Einzeldenkmal "Schule, Walmdachbau, überwiegend spätklassizistisch, bez. 1878" geführt. Das Gebäude wurde innen zuletzt in den 1970/1980er-Jahren durch einen Umbau verändert, im EG wurden Bücherei, Schulsaal und Lehrerzimmer geschaffen. Im OG befinden sich vier Klassenzimmer. Das nicht ausgebaute DG wird als Speicher genutzt. Im nördlichen Teil des Kellers befinden sich Abstellräume, Heizraum und ein EDV-Raum für die Schüler. Der südliche Teil ist nicht Bestandteil der Maßnahme. Im Rahmen des Umbaus wurden die Fenster erneuert. 2007/08 wurde das Dach neu gedeckt und die oberste Geschossdecke gedämmt. Die grundlegende energetische Sanierung wird einen Beitrag der Stadt zu einem klimaneutralen Gebäudebestand bis 2050 darstellen. Im Zuge dieser ist eine neue Heizung (Sole-Wasser-Wärmepumpe mit Erdsonden auf dem Schulhof) einzubauen. Das UG soll mit diversen Maßnahmen gedämmt werden. Die oberen Geschosse sollen eine Innendämmung erhalten, die bestehenden Holzfenster sollen ersetzt werden. Weitere Maßnahmen: - Zeitgesteuerte automatisierte Lüftung - PV-Anlage auf den Dächern - Brandschutzmaßnahmen - Erneuerung der Sanitäranlagen Baukosten: ca. 2,44 Mio € netto. Kostengruppe 400: ca. 430 T€ brutto. Planungszeitraum ab Auftragserteilung (vsl. 02/2026), Inbetriebnahme spätestens Ende 2027.
