Description

Planungsleistungen Bauphysik für folgenden Gebäudekomplex in Offenbach am Main: Grundsanierung und Neukonzeption Deutsches Ledermuseum in Offenbach. Zu erbringen sind für die Grundsanierung und Neukonzeption des Deutschen Ledermuseum in Offenbach Leistungen der Fachplanung Bauphysik für die LP 1-9 nach Anlage 1 Ziffer 1.2 zu § 3 Absatz 1 und AHO Nr. 23, Stand 08/2022 sowie Variantenuntersuchung nach ggfs. unterschiedlichen Lösungsmöglichkeiten innerhalb der Leistungsphasen 1+2. Es ist ein wirtschaftliches, überzeugendes Gesamtkonzept unter Berücksichtigung der Vorgaben des Auftraggebers, der Belange der anderen Fachdisziplinen sowie unter Einhaltung des Projektbudgets zu entwickeln. Energieverbrauch und CO2-Ausstoß sollen dabei optimiert werden. Der Auftraggeber legt hohen Wert auf eine enge Betreuung und Überwachung aller Arbeiten, sowie Koordination und Information aller Beteiligten, auch der Nutzer. Der Auftraggeber setzt voraus, dass der Aufwand für die Anwendung der CAD-Richtlinie der Stadt Offenbach im angebotenen Honorar enthalten ist.
