Description

Es handelt sich um die Planungsleistungen der Erstellung von einem Brandschutzkonzept für den Bestand und Neubau, sowie die Fachbauleitung gem. der Leistungsbeschreibung. Der Leistungsumfang beinhaltet die Erstellung eines Brandschutzkonzeptes gem. den gesetzlichen und normativen Anforderungen für die Bestandsgebäude A,C, E und dem Neubau Geb. D sowie die Fachbauleitung für den Umbau und der Neubaumaßnahme. Die Leistungsbeschreibung basiert auf den Vorgaben der AHO-Fachkommission Brandschutz und ist in den Leistungsstufen und Leistungsphasen gegliedert. - Erstellung Brandschutzkonzept Bestand/Sanierung (Geb. A,C, E): Allgemeine Leistungen (B1) Grundleistungen entsprechend der Leistungsphasen gem. AHO Besondere Leistungen (B2) Behördenabstimmungen, Variantenuntersuchungen ggf. Stellungnahmen Zus.- Leistung bei Erfordernis (B3) Zus. Dokumentation etc. - Erstellung Brandschutzkonzept Neubau: (Geb. D): Leistungsphase 1-4 inkl. Besondere Leistungen (B2) und zus. Leistungen (B3) - Fachbauleitung: Allgemeine Leistungen (B1) Besondere Leistungen (B2) Genaueres ist den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen. Die Gebäude des Justizzentrums Mönchengladbach befinden sich auf einem landeseigenen Grundstück des Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW und weisen derzeit erheblichen Sanierungsbedarf auf. (Geb. A, C, E) Das Ehemalige Gebäude der Staatsanwaltschaft (Geb. D) wird mit dieser Maßnahme zurück gebaut. Anschließend wird auf dem selben Gelände der Neubau für das Lands-und Amtsgericht platziert.
