Description

Die Sana Kliniken Oberfranken Coburg GmbH beabsichtigt den Neubau des Sana Klinikums Coburg. Die Projektleitung und die Bauherrenvertretung werden durch die Sana Immobilien Service GmbH für die Auftraggeberin übernommen. Das Vorhaben ist bereits im Jahreskrankenhausbauprogramm des Freistaates Bayern aufgenommen und soll zu erheblichen Teilen aus Fördermitteln (hier: Investitionsförderung nach Art. 11 BayKrG Einzelförderung von Investitionen) finanziert werden. Das Projekt Neubau Sana Klinikum Coburg besteht grundsätzlich aus mehreren Teilen, wobei nur der Neubau des Klinikums ein förderfähiges Vorhaben darstellt. Der hier ausgeschriebene Auftrag umfasst "nur" das förderfähige Vorhaben, also den Neubau des Klinikums mit 550 Betten und 38 Plätzen in der Von-Gruner-Straße in 96450 Coburg. Die weiteren Objekte, die voraussichtlich in der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Klinikum entstehen werden, wie z.B. ein Parkhaus, ein Gesundheitszentrum und ein Bildungszent-rum, sind nicht Bestandteil der ausgeschriebenen Leistung. Das Grundstück bzw. Baufeld, auf dem das Klinikum entstehen soll, ist bereits definiert. Der Abriss der Bestandsgebäude und der befestigten Flächen erfolgt durch den Grundstückseigentümer. Die erforderlichen Planungsleistungen werden größtenteils durch den bereits beauftragten Generalplaner erbracht, lediglich die Planung der Medizintechnik wird von der Sana-eigenen Medizintechnikplanung übernommen. Die Grundlage der Leistungserbringung des BIM-Managements - einschließlich der Definition von Rollen und Schnittstellen innerhalb des Projektes - stellt die AHO Nr. 9, Stand Mai 2025 dar. Der genaue Umfang der zu erbringenden Leistungen ist der Anlage 2 "Leistungsbild BIM-Management" zu entnehmen.
