Description

Im Jahr 2024 wurde für den Markt Bad Endorf ein integrales Konzept zum kommunalen Sturzflutrisikomangement erstellt. Im Einzelnen handelt es sich dabei um 3 verschiedene Gewässer im Gemeindegebiet, eines davon ist der Teisenhamer Bach. Das o.g. Konzept zum Sturzflutrisikomangement bildet die Grundlage für die erforderlichen Maßnahmen zum Hochwasserschutz Teisenhamer Bach sowie für die Förderung der Maßnahme durch den Freistaat Bayern. Der Teisenhamer Bach ist mit 800 mm Durchmesser über eine Länge von ca. 975 m so gering dimensioniert, dass regelmäßig Überflutungen im Ort auftreten. Gegenstand des zu vergebenden Auftrags sind Planungsleistungen zu Ingenieurbauwerken nach § 43 HOAI für Maßnahmen zum Hochwasserschutz Bad Endorf, BA I - Teisenhamer Bach Projektziele sind wie nachstehend beschrieben: Anpassung der Dimensionierung: Projektziel ist der Gewässerausbau für einen Hochwasserschutz 100-jährlich + 15% Klimazuschlag. Es ist davon auszugehen, dass durch eine Aufdimensionierung auf DN 1400 bis DN 2000 das Wasser bis zu einem Ereignis HW 100+15% schadlos abgeleitet werden kann. Vorgesehene Umsetzungsmaßnahmen: Die vorgesehenen Umsetzungsmaßnahmen gliedern sich in mehrere Abschnitte. Die Abschnitte 1, 2 und 3 sind bereits in Ausführung bzw. in Planung. Gegenstand des Auftrags sind daher ausschließlich die verbleibenden Abschnitte 4 und 5. Abschnitt 4: Bachverrohrung Teisenhamer Bach vom bestehenden Rückhaltebecken bis zur Bahnlinie Rosenheim-Salzburg Südseite und von der Bahnlinie Rosenheim-Salzburg Nordseite bis auf Höhe zur Rosenheimer Straße 8 (Theater), dabei südlich der Bahn: >> offener Graben: 28,33 m >> Verrohrung DN 2000: 124,93 m >> Verrohrung DN 800: 155,92 m (Mischwasserkanal) nördlich der Bahn: >> Verrohrung DN 2000: 315,73 m >> Verrohrung DN 800: 25,61 m (Mischwasserkanal) Abschnitt 5: Bachverrohrung Teisenhamer Bach von der Traunsteiner Straße Abzweigung Eisenbartlinger Weg bis zum offenen Graben am Moorbadweg. >> Verrohrung DN 1400: 415,66 m >> Verrohrung DN 1000: 31,10 m (Regenwasserkanal) >> Verrohrung DN 800: 155,76 m (Mischwasserkanal)
