Vergabe der Planung Raumakustik, LPH 1 - 7 und Besondere Leistungen für die Berufsbildenden Schulen Steuerwald, Hildesheim Die beruflichen Schulen am Standort Steuerwalder Straße befinden sich auf einem gemeinsamen Grundstück in einem Gebäudekomplex mit Unterrichtsräumen, Werkstätten, Verwaltungsbereichen sowie einer Sporthalle. Die Gebäude sind technisch überaltert und weisen erhebliche Mängel an Fassaden, Dächern und haustechnischen Anlagen auf. Zudem entsprechen sie nicht den aktuellen Anforderungen an den vorbeugenden Brandschutz und enthalten Schadstoffe, insbesondere in den Unterdeckenkonstruktionen. Eine umfassende Sanierung ist daher kurzfristig erforderlich. Ein alternativer Standort für einen vollständigen Neubau steht dem Landkreis Hildesheim nicht zur Verfügung. Da die baukonstruktive Substanz grundsätzlich als zukunftsfähig eingeschätzt wird, ist eine Sanierung in drei Bauabschnitten bei laufendem Schulbetrieb vorgesehen. Nach aktuellem Planungsstand soll die Maßnahme im Jahr 2029 beginnen und 2036 abgeschlossen sein. Die geschätzten Baukosten für die Sanierung des Bestandsgebäudes sowie eines Anbaus belaufen sich nach derzeitiger Kostenannahmen auf rund 100 Mio. Euro netto (Kostengruppen 200 bis 600). Die Leistungen der Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume sowie Fachplanungen für Tragwerksplanung und Technische Ausrüstung sind vergeben. Weitere Fachplanungen befinden sich derzeit in der Ausschreibung. Im Planungsprozess wurde deutlich, dass isolierte Sofortmaßnahmen nicht zielführend sind und eine umfassende Grundsanierung erforderlich ist.
